The kit is good. Explanation videos are good. One suggestion is to also specify if all 6 threads or lesser no. should be used for neatness. The price is a little high, and should be reduced for more reach.
Excellent thought and design
Good initiative to make person pursue their hobby , also easy to learn with user guide and you tube videos . I bought it for myself and my daughter. Only one thing I would like you to improve it quality of fabric that you are providing. It got tore in my daughter’s item as she was learning it first time . Rest the quality of needle , thread all is awesome. Keep doing good work
Kit was very good, included all the tools needed to complete embroidery. Just the quality of frame (ring) could be better, it was getting loose continuously while doing.
Suggestion - In India, there are many words for Mom like Amma, maa, aai, mom etc, so you should ask the customer what do they call their mom or what word they want to be printed instead of mom..and print that word, it will be customised for each customer and give more emotional touch
