I really loved the designs and overall I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the cloth, floss, shears and needles are top-notch. And I am really looking forward to your new designs as standalone purchases with just the embroidery thread!
Some feedback and improvement ideas which would really help your product:
1. Please make the embroidery thread you use a little more tightly wound. Due to the small size of the eye of the needle provided, the strands of the floss end up splitting. Or change the needle to one with a bigger eye.
2. A higher quality image of the completed project that comes with the kit. I was struggling at points to understand which stitches were to be used for the smaller elements.
3. Instructions on how to do the embroidery WITHOUT a hoop stand. Those french knots really had me almost giving up until I realised that the techniques provided are for those who own a hoop stand. I'm an experienced sewist so I was able to work around this.
4. Complete tutorials of your designs on the YouTube channel. It's a beautiful resource you have created, but I would love to see completed tutorials for each of the designs. Would really help new embroiderers :)

This was bought for my Mother in law to keep her active and busy at the age of 83. She loved the product the finished the stiching within 3days . Looking forward to buy more in comming days
