Important things to note:
Personalised products are Made to Order, hence we cannot issue a refund/replacement once the order has been place.
We cannot allow changes to any orders once placed. We will try to make the changes if requested, however there is no guarantee that the same will be done after 1 Working day placing the order.

Product was Damaged by Shipping Partner
Cancellation & Refund Time Period – You can cancel the order within 1 Hour of placing your order, once the cancellation is processed you will get back the refund in 2-5 working days in your respective payment method.
Non - Personalised Products
Returns Time Period (Non Personalised Prodcuts Only) – You can return the order within 3 Days of receiving the damage or wrong product, and new product will be shipped within 7 Days once we received the return.
